Free reminders for your landlord customers
For gas engineers, electricians, EPC assessors and letting agents. Your landlords can get a reminder before every certificate is due, free for 1 property. Share this page, or print the leaflet text below.
Why it helps you
- Fewer missed renewals. Landlords get a reminder 2 months before a gas safety check is due, which is when they can book without losing any time on the certificate.
- The certificate in one place. They upload your certificate and BeCert reads the dates, so they can share it with tenants and the council.
- Nothing to set up. There’s no account for you and no fee. We don’t share landlords’ details with anyone.
